• Latin America: 10 – 20 business days
• Europe: 10 – 20 business days
• Rest of the world: 15 – 25 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the logistics availability of our supplier.

3. Shipping Costs

• We offer free standard shipping on selected orders or those above a minimum purchase amount.
• The exact shipping cost (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order anytime from our tracking page or through the carrier’s tracking link.

5. Delivery Issues

URBANOX is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
• Delays caused by customs or extreme weather conditions
