At URBANOX, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

2. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 6–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping promotions, clearly stated on the website

Shipping fees are non-refundable

4. ORDER TRACKING

  • All orders include a tracking number

  • Tracking information is sent via email once the order is shipped

If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us at info@urbanox.org

5. DELAYS, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

URBANOX is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or customs delays

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If an issue occurs, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • URBANOX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses

  • If a package is returned, the customer must pay reshipping fees

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Additional fees

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for customs delays.

8. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos and your order number

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
