RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At URBANOX, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Must be returned in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items

  • Discounted items over 20% off

  • Gift cards

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Incomplete requests may be denied.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

URBANOX is not responsible for lost or missing return packages.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email: INFO@URBANOX.ORG After verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.


CHARGEBACK & ABUSE PROTECTION

URBANOX reserves the right to:

  • Deny returns that do not meet the conditions above

  • Refuse service to customers with excessive return activity

  • Dispute fraudulent chargebacks with valid evidence (delivery confirmation, product condition, and customer communication)
